Rachelle’s Credentials

  • I’ve been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for over 12 years! I have a lot of experience providing nutrition therapy under my belt.

My extensive work experience makes me a valuable asset to you. I’ve worked in the clinical (hospitals) and outpatient (nutrition counseling) setting for several years. I’ve provided nutrition therapy for many conditions, such as prediabetes, diabetes, weight management, heart health, bariatric surgery, chronic kidney disease & end-stage kidney disease, tube-fed and critically ill patients and healthy eating guidelines in general. I have ample experience counseling individuals 1 on 1 and in group settings … and now I’m here to create a health roadmap for you!

  • Exercise can change your life, and guess what? You can learn to like it.

I’ve always loved athletics since I was young. I’m a runner, walker, tae-bo, weight and resistance-lover, and now an aspiring yogi.

Nutrition is only part of the whole-health picture, that’s why I became a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise). Now I can inspire, guide and motivate YOU to adopt a healthy exercise program.

  • I LOVE presenting lectures and classes on my favorite topics: health, nutrition, & fitness!

I’ve taught numerous presentations and classes to the community, patients, physicians and medical students. I’ve presented on topics such as: weight loss, healthy living, heart disease, diabetes, prediabetes, and nutrition support.

Additionally, I have extensive experience providing nutrition therapy and counseling for a wide variety of clients, - everyone from scientists to teachers to nurses - all with one common goal: learn to live a healthier life.
