Let me repeat this...
You can't erase or undo the damaging effects of junk food in the gym. Exercise should supplement a nutrient-dense, healthy intake. The health benefits of exercise are countless and include: better cardiopulmonary function, increased flexibility, toned muscles, improved bone health, improved mood & sleep, and protection against disease including diabetes, heart disease, cancer, chronic pain, & many more.
In addition to the plethora of health benefits that exercise yields, it helps our self-confidence soar. If done properly and in conjunction with a phyto-rich diet, it helps give us a tighter butt and defined abs. You can achieve this without spending hours working out.
