My Three Musketeers of Hydration

Hello there, Beautiful People!

Detox water, Spa Water, Healthy & Tasty Water!

Let's talk hydration. Drinking enough water throughout the day has countless benefits. Staying adequately hydrated promotes glowing skin, optimal digestion, and an excellent metabolism. And, these results can be achieved with plain old water.

Once you take your hydration to the next level by infusing it with detoxifying and phytonutrient-rich fruits & veggies, you obtain more nutrients that keep you beautiful and ultra healthy.

Drinking infused water speeds up the rate at which your body rids itself of the toxic stuff inside you. It also keeps cravings at bay and keeps you feeling full. 

But, many clients with whom I work with admittedly don't drink enough water. The main reason for the lack of hydration is “water is boring” and more flavor is needed.

Luckily, there's a delicious and beautifying way to spice up your H2O, as I alluded to previously.  

Grab a pitcher, throw in some colorful fruits & veggies, and let them infuse in the refrigerator overnight. The final product is flavorful to the max! This is a natural vitamin water. No wild and artificial flavors or colors added – only phytonutrients.

My top three favorite beverage-boosters, or my “Three Musketeers of Hydration” are:  

  • Lemon & Cucumber: Providing phytonutrients & antioxidants for a healthy, sexy body. The mild cucumber flavor balances out the tart lemon taste beautifully. 
  • Watermelon: Full of Lycopene (an important antioxidant). Add some freshly-chopped, juicy watermelon to your water and give it a few hours to infuse. This is a super-hydrating beverage.
  • Pineapple: Rich in vitamin C and Bromelain, which help reduce sun-induced skin damage and decrease inflammation, respectively.

In summary... Forget about sugary drinks and sodas!  Begin guzzling your beatifying water today. You'll reap the health benefits and get an outstanding taste. Cheers!
