Roasted Broccoli with Garlic & Olive Oil

Hello there, Beautiful People!

Healthy, Easy Recipe: Roasted Broccoli with Garlic and Olive Oil

This mouth-watering recipe takes cancer-fighting to the next level because of its' two main ingredients: Broccoli and Garlic.

It helps beautify your body from the inside out by providing you with a solid amount of Vitamin C and various phytonutrients.

Roasted Broccoli with Garlic & Olive Oil

Serves: 3-4

  • 4 Medium-Large Broccoli crowns (stems peeled & crowns cut into florets)
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, peeled & finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp olive oil (preferably organic, extra-virgin)
  • Iodized sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly-ground pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees farenheit. On a chopping board, chop the washed broccoli heads into florets.

Place the broccoli florets into a large Ziplock bag. Add olive oil, garlic, sea salt and pepper into the same bag. Shake well for 2-3 minutes. Refrigerate the mixed ingredients for one hour, allowing the garlic, salt and pepper to infuse into the luscious broccoli.

Line a baking sheet with tin foil. Rub 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the tinfoil to prevent sticking.

When the hour is up, spread the broccoli florets evenly onto the baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Flip broccoli florets and garlic. Roast for another 5-10 minutes until lightly browned and edges are crisp.

Serve immediately alongside your favorite plant-based entrée!

Until next time...
