Simple, Healthy Guacamole
Hello there, Beautiful People!
Avocados are always included on my shopping list for clients. The potassium, vitamin E, and monounsaturated fat ("MUFA") content of avocados helps your skin achieve a new level of soft and supple.
Guacamole, which features the avocado as an all-star player, is a super-nutritious addition to your intake.
Read on for the simple, yet delicious recipe...

Here are a few healthy ways to enjoy your homemade guacamole:
- Spread a bit on top of your favorite veggie or bean burger. This is much better for you than processed condiments like sugary ketchup.
- Dip some raw veggies into your refreshing guacamole dip for a blood-sugar stabilizing afternoon snack.
- Use instead of inflammatory dairy-based salad dressings. You'll nix the saturated fat and give your body a healthy dose of blood-pressure friendly potassium.
Until next time...
